An electric vehicle from Amazon? That’s right. Starting today, you can buy Hyundai’s top-selling EVs, like the IONIQ 5, right on Amazon. Here’s how you can get your hands on one.
How to buy Hyundai EVs directly on Amazon
Hyundai teamed up with the e-commerce giant last year to make buying an electric car as easy as ordering a new t-shirt from Amazon’s website.
Starting today, you can view, order, and pick up Hyundai’s electric cars directly on Amazon from a participating dealer near you.
Buying a new vehicle through the new Amazon Auto program is as easy as shopping for your next outfit or gaming system. You can search by make, model, trim, color, and specific features to browse the available inventory at a participating dealer near you.
The best part: Check out is through Amazon.com, the website we are on way too much anyway. You also don’t have to deal with the annoying dealership experience with transparent, haggle-free pricing.
If you have a trade-in, you can quickly get a quote from an independent third party, which you can use toward buying your new vehicle. When you go to the dealership for pickup, you can then drop off the trade-in.
Amazon will continue adding more Hyundai dealerships and will offer additional brands as it expands the program next year.
